Hmm, a Reddit link and a guy with an EEG is hardly hard science, but this is still a great find, thanks.
I've always been interested in the relationship between psychedelics and seizure activity in the brain: anyone who's read into Dostoyevsky's life knows that sometimes partial complex seizures can give rise to powerful spiritual experiences, as can DMT. This just seems to drive home the fact that powerful spiritual experiences may be correlated to intense electrical activity in the brain.
I wonder how this jives with the other studies coming out, of people on 4-HO-DMT, because those seem to show damped activity in the brain, instead of crazy, electrical behavior.
Blessings
