I just wanted to inform you of a rather brilliant experience I had with Bridgessi. I made a tea doing 3 two hour boils with a small amount of lemon juice. I had 26 inches (3-4inch in diameter) which boiled down to a gunky 18 oz. After trying a few sips I realized Id never be able to consume the liquid in it's entirety. I remember reading about someone making jello so I gave it a shot. What I did was take 8oz of the cactus tea, got it to a slow boil on a stove, then added the packet of sugar free jello. Then after stirring for a couple of minutes I added it to a bowl with 8oz of cold water. Then set it in the fridge overnight to set. I did this twice and ended up with two bowls of jello.
The jello was much easier to consume and ended up getting two people pretty far out there. I'd recommend making teas into a jello if you're having a hard time consuming it. I personally have never been able to consume that much tea to get very far with cactus.Tea literally makes my tongue sweat. But with the jello I was able to consume it and keep it down the entire time. Both participants got awful nausea 30 minutes after consumption but never purged, and the nausea receded about 1.5 hrs after consumption. I just thought I'd share since it was the best experience I've had with cacti thus far.

This is actually quite a good idea.

I wonder with sugar added what would it taste like? It does make sense for it to be easier to consume though. I agree.

Interesting idea.
