The Easy Release Grease Separator is the closest thing to a separatory funnel I've ever seen at a normal store. The only problem is that it’s made of plastic so you’ll need to be careful which solvents you use in it. You may remember me as 69Ron. Their Silicone Zone Fat Separator with Strainer is a better choice because it's made of borosilicate lab glass, so it's compatible with all solvents. Yeah that plastic one looks COOL and very easy to use! I want to get one for my wife. It looks awesome for making gravy! Before you can know what solvents to avoid using with it you need to know all the plastics used to make it.
