Compulsion to scratch skin on phenethylamines Options

My girlfriend and I did 2C-B together recently, and similar to her experience on 6-APB, she had the desire to scratch at herself to the extent where she would bleed. She did not do this out of negative feelings towards herself or anything, and in fact she felt rather euphoric.

When I say scratch, I don't mean the way you would scratch if you were itchy. Rather it was forceful, lengthy clawing at the skin.

Overall, the experience was normal and enjoyable.

Does anyone know of any experiences similar to this?

Thanks.

It's ALL information.

I would also like to add that she has not experimented with tryptamines or MDMA, and if I should worry about other substances where she would be manic and upbeat.
It's ALL information.

I think this can in some way be similar to clenching one's jaw.

I used to pull out my hair kind of without realising it to the extent I'd notice clumps of it all over the place the next day. I suppose I could just as easily have been scratching myself its thats where I placed the tension.

Usually because of X or whatever were in them damn pills in those days. 2C's and APB compounds give me a similar tension also.

Its nice to hear that your experience was only limited to those compounds. If I recall correctly she also had tugged at her hair on APB. I could be wrong, as this was some number of months ago.

Hopefully this wont occur too often. I am planning on introducing her to LSD in the near future and the damage she could do to herself over the course of 8-10 hours could potentially be quite scary.

I guess well have to start at a low dose.

It's ALL information.

there was a problem like this once, simultaneously was very itchy around my lower back and legs, was very very thirsty and could not derive the will to either drink water or scratch, it was absolutely hell, but after i finally drank some water and had a shower it disappeared.

this was from an aya mind you, so its a bit different, and given everything that was going on and that i did not actually scratch despite how bad it felt i cannot subjectively say what happened.

it sound though that this was a stimulus reaction, put her on aya or lsd and she could be so far away from her body she wouldn't be sure if she is scratching her arms or the a three eyed cat.

my advise get some aloe or menthol or eucalyptus or any mild numbing agent, if it happens use it, or take a shower.

you could also do a a scratch test and check if she is having an allergic reaction, put a drop of what ever your checking on her back then take a small pin and scratch her with it inside the radium of what ever your testing (less than .5mm, don't jab her just expose some of the lower skin)

but don't do the scratch test WHILE TAKING ANYTHING Very happy

i think she will be fine, just take your time and make sure she wants to do it and start the doses low

Perhaps you should introduce your partner first to mushrooms before venturing into the world of LSD. If you're worried if she's going to hurt herself while under the influence I suggest you find a sober sitter during the session.

Make sure they are aware of this and they pay attention in to see if she's actually doing it. It's wise to have to employ distractions techniques or gently trying to convince her to stop the scratching.

Actually, I find that most low dose LSD trips are much more lucid and clearheaded than Mushroom trips of the same magnitude... which tend to leave me tripping down the rabbit hole, so-to-speak.
DMT smells like math.
