I love that video. I've had a copy of it on my hard drive for about 9 years now. So funny and true. I'm sort of baffled that they had to do such an experiment. I mean really?

I imagine in a real war situation, one side signals the other side to come over for a peaceful discussion. They hand them a sheet of acid, "disperse this amongst your ranks" they do and bam! World peace.

That would be great. Unfortunately, government values security over peace. Government would be powerless (or maybe just purposeless) if everyone let go of their fears. But yeah, this is a cheerful video. I would like to have been alive when LSD was legal, but maybe it will be so again one day.
