Hi I was wondering what I could use as a smooth smoke to layer my spice. Tobacco is harsh and I am a lightweight when it comes to smoking weed. I have heard peppermint is very easy on the lungs as is oregano? Can anyone expand on this? Whats your fav herb to layer your spice with? Kind Regards Peace I am certifiably insane, as such all posts written by me should be regarded as utter nonsense or attempts to get attention in fact everything I write here is a lie !
I hope in some way, my posts and replies may of helped you, I hope you like what I have said here if not feel free to send me a none flame PM

Mullein. And it's good for the lungs. Peppermint is nice as well. "Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored." -A.Huxley

Mullein. But don't layer it. Infuse it, 1 to 1.

mulleins always been a harsh smoke to me for some reason, but its still nice to have some in a batch of changa i'd just use caapi leaf, and stick it in a bong. Its very smooth that way

Mullien, as well as any other herb for that matter, will be much less harsh if it is properly hydrated. Completely dry herbs is often the cause of harsh smoke. There's a few ways to hydrate herbs. Fine tobacco stores sell small discs that are run under water and just throw them in with the smokables. I've found just about anything is smooth and easy coming from a bong/bubbler, hydrated or not. It's my fave! I have smoked change with tarragon, marigold, dagga, motherwort, caapi, mullien, pau d'arco, passionflower and some others. I think my favorites are a blend of tarragon and marigold, and motherwort. I pretty much always mix some caapi leaf in, or smoke a bowl or two of it before hand. Be an adult only when necessary.

..caapi leaf (nice as it may be) doesn't exactly class as 'inert'.. while it will only have a very mild maoi effect, it is nonetheless not CNS inert, will slightly modify the effects of the tryptamine, and a few people are quite sensitive to smaller amounts of harmalas..
another option to mullein, peppermint is nettle, which also aids lungs..
jonathon ott originally used parsley which had been soaked in water a few days (to de-flavor) and then dried.. .

Peppermint is alright but don't use too much or it can be a really overwhelming taste. Mullein is best. Yerba mate works and is smooth but it has the same problem as caapi; the leaf is very 'flat' without a lot of surface area like buds. This can make smoking a little tricky.

damiana! we here like it much better than mullein for smoking, just been using a little mullein on the bottom of bowls and mostly as tea before bed

Damiana is very nice if its not too dry. I hear good things about Mullien too, but haven't tried it myself. From experience I know that damiana smokes perfectly through a bong. Perhaps too fast burning for changa though... I have yet to try changa, so I wouldn't know. 07:45:13 ‹Bonné›The least interesting part of a psychedelic experience is definitely the visuals.

Organic Salvia Leaf or even some Salvia Extract Edit: sorry I was not aware of the meaning of the word inert. Yes salvia is in no way inert. But it is definitely a good combination of entheogens! And fairly smooth as far as taste goes Don't be afraid, Don't be afraid, Let everything flow through youI AM EverythingYou're In ClassA Nice Little Place

gordolobo.. similar to mullein. blue lotus is technically active, but fairly inert. also the fan leaves of the cannabis plant make for a tasty, inert smoke. My wind instrument is the bong CHANGA IN THE BONGA! 樹

Just be sure to remove it before it dries and crumbles into the mix. Images of broken light, Which dance before me like a million eyes, They call me on and on...
