just wondering if its a coincidence, but from reports both harmalas and ibogaine cause extreme tracers, they are also both indole based compounds. is it a coincidence or do they both bond to the "tracer" part of the brain. i dont know anything about how compounds bind to receptors, so dont judge me

So I dont think it's just an indole thing.

Ibogaine and harmine/harmaline share very similar structures..it is well understood that share some similar binding in the brain and that they also share many of the same psychedelic effects. This is probly why they both produce these same sorts of tracers.
