Hello everyone, As the title says, I've been a long time lurker here on a personal level, and so I've been asked to run this account for 'Kenota'. What Kenota is is expressed in my signature, so I won't repeat it. As for myself, I personally have had a long time fascination with entheogens, especially as a student of pharmacology. Ultimately, as a person, I hope to one day be on the frontier of researching the action of these wondrous compounds. So on a personal level, I'm hoping to benefit from the wealth of eminently qualified (both literally with qualifications and qualified by experience) memnbers. I hope, and am sure, it will be to my great benefit. As part of Kenota, I am also here to listen, absorb new ideas and discuss our ideas with people who have similar interests to us. This site in particular is of interest to us due to your wonderful 'Attitude' which we find both admirable and distinctive. So I look forward to interacting with all of you.

The study of pharmacology is a great field to go into, its like chemistry that one can directly experience As a neurochem major I can say we need more people who strive towards working with these compounds in a way that can benefit all the people of this Earth. Welcome We have chosen this life for a reason, and it is our purpose to understand why.
When you were born, you cried and the world rejoiced; live your life so that when you pass, the world cries and you rejoice.
Only those who are willing to go too far can possibly find out how far one can go.

I wish my University offered Neurochem as a course, I'd take it in a heartbeat! There definitely need to be more people in a number of fields aspiring to this research. I think in the end the benefits we'll see will extend far beyond our expectations.

I agree! Entheogens have the potential to be for the mind what the telescope is for space, and what microscopes are for cells. We have chosen this life for a reason, and it is our purpose to understand why.
When you were born, you cried and the world rejoiced; live your life so that when you pass, the world cries and you rejoice.
Only those who are willing to go too far can possibly find out how far one can go.
