lsa tartrate oxidizes if not in a solution. are there any other active salt forms that are more stable? possibly using citric acid, or malic acid?

(im guessing benzyme will have the answer)

maleic acid.
maleate salts are reputed to be more stable than tartrate salts.

is there anything else? maleic acid seems pretty unsafe, and i can only get it in 100 gram batches.
