Spend more time with the sea. Kayaking, fishing and just being on the coast. It's where I feel my best. “My brain is only a receiver. In the Universe there is a core from which we obtain knowledge, strength, inspiration. I have not penetrated into the secrets of this core, but I know it exists.”
— Nikola Tesla

Be more accepting of people who see the world differently than I do. Be more aware that our time here is finite, and try to realize my 'death-bed retrospect' philosophy: 1) As I lay dying (if it happens in a bed) I would not wish I spent more time at work. 2) I would wish that I spent more time with my family 3) I would like to have read more, watched less stupid tv, traveled more, experienced things that I am afraid of 4) Realized that no-one here has a manual, and we are all trying to make our way through life the best we know how More practically: 1) Move further from the western lifestyle (diet, recreation, Alcohol) 2) Try yoga, even though I feel ridiculous doing it 3) More will be revealed “What goes on inside is just too fast and huge and all interconnected for words to do more than barely sketch the outlines of at most one tiny little part of it at any given instant.” - David Foster Wallace

I don't have any. I attempt to change my lifestyle when it's required, and not according to a calendar. Skeptical scrutiny is the means, in both science and religion, by which deep thoughts can be winnowed from deep nonsense. Carl Sagan

I attempt to change my lifestyle when it's required, and not according to a calendar. exactly, this notion is my newyears resolution,to try to stop worrying about time, and just focus on the here and now, not the past not the future, the moment is what matters so try to make the most out of it, much love to u all, happy 2013

I don't follow the sheep mentality by waiting for a calendar to make positive changes! Why wait for that? I don't want an excuse for waiting to make necessary changes!! IMO I am certifiably insane, as such all posts written by me should be regarded as utter nonsense or attempts to get attention by using totally fictitious verbiage...........
The above refers to the fictitious 'I'

I dont believe new year resolutions should be based upon the calendar, but I like the idea of them. A specific time during the revolution of earth around the sun in which the whole population re-evaluates the entire year and thinks of things they could do to better themselves. Acting upon that idea is another story... but the first step in fixing a problem, is admitting you have a problem. That being said, as I look back on this last "year", some things I would like to do or improve are - Meditating daily instead of every once in a while. Switching to a plant based diet Exploring the realms of hyperspace in greater detail Trying new substances such as LSD, 2C-B etc Buying my own home Doing the best job I can while in the Airforce Continuing my quest to become well rounded and calm. Enjoy the new year everyone

DMT With LSD is interesting for sure, don't think i've completely blasted off while on LSD. As far as the new year goes, get back into decent physical shape, but this time actually do it
