On a new Glass Vapor Genie and "Torch". Can't wait! I've always had trouble breaking through (never have) so I think this might be the trick. I used to use a pipe with leaves in it but always lost control of the lighter after 5-10 seconds so I think this torch and vaporizer will be wonderful, plus they look cool

Congradulations mate that is a nice gift you bought yourself. Read up on getting the most from your VG. Some like myself found it a bit tricky to get perfect. When you do have it down though you can have breakthroughs at will. I am not gonna lie, shits gonna get weird!Troubles Breaking Through? Click here. The Art of Changa. making the perfect blend.

Money well spent. There is a learning curve, however. Stick with it. Once you get it, you got it.

if you break them then that'll be money down the drain. but for the moment that's money well spent. Need to calculate between salts and freebases? Click here! Need to calculate freebase or salt percentage at a given pH? Click here!

Knowing what I know now, I would spend the $150 on a beautiful glass bong and some parsley and a bic lighter. The sandwich tek is sooo reliable. Changa in a bong......Even better. My GVG has an aweful lot of dust on it. We had some fun times. IH Ice House is an alter ego. That's not money down the drain. That's a good investment ––––––

If you enjoy cannabis, the GVG is especially great for any kind of hash. It goes a lot further than by torching it the traditional way and it's so nice and clean. Highly recommended. Convert a melodic element into a rhythmic element...

Mine too!!! You can send em my way, boys. Mine is cracked and held together with blue electrical tape (yet it still sends my ass to infinity and beyond with a remarkable degree of consistency).

Mine too!!! You can send em my way, boys. Mine is cracked and held together with blue electrical tape (yet it still sends my ass to infinity and beyond with a remarkable degree of consistency). Mine broke into three easy pieces - my husband glued it back together with copious amounts of superglue. Still works but is ugly as sin and I doubt cleaning with solvent is currently an option. Regardless, congratulations on your purchase pfxtc. When I had money and bought my GVG I said it was the best $100 I'd spent that year. It's still true - so worth the money. I hope you enjoy it - try not to drop it - and let us know how it goes. I think you will be pleased. IH I say throw it in the trash. Since that's what it is: a piece of trash. I'm not convinced that it's even possible to vaporize anything with the GarbageVaporGenie

If you have, you obviously weren't using it properly, otherwise you wouldn't be saying that. I say don't blame the tool for not working if you're unable to properly use the tool. Reminds me of a not so good artist blaming the paints or brushes for their shoddy art work when they really just need more practice. Convert a melodic element into a rhythmic element...

Exactly! It needs practice. Other vaporizers don't need practice...you just turn them on and boom they deliver results.

I bought one and it worked too well, or should I say , I over did it. I had a few genuinely frightening experiences and now only use it for good weed. I fell in love with enhanced herbs and my versions of changa. No harsh "plastic" smoke. Smooth as silk in a pipe or a small steam roller. I see no need to breakthrough on one hit and three regular tokes do the trick. I suggest work your way up to a good dose and start small to get a feel for it. The flow rate of the straw leaves a lot to be desired due to its thin nozzle adapted for weed. It will certainly vape spice but via relatively longer drags to a vape with more volume.(This was just a quick search on the forum) Kind regards, The Traveler

Well obviously if anyone takes my word as gospel then they are an idiot.
The volcano vaporizer is actually what I had in mind when I said that. There are a number of threads on here where people report success. Plus you can actually see the bag filling up. With the GVG there's no visual reference to tell if you're doing things right. Often there's no taste either, which has led many to report that they didn't think they were doing it properly until the rug started to sweep out from under them.
With the GVG I can see beginners wasting lots of spice before getting the technique down. What's worse is that they might think they have a lousy extract and place a huge amount of spice in their GVG to compensate. Let's say that as soon as they do that, they actually manage to get their technique right. OOPS!

There actually is a visible reference, and a very effective one at that. That's one of the key benefits.
You've not personally used one, have you? Don't blame a hammer if you're not able to figure out how to use it as a screwdriver. Any tool is only as effective as your ability to use it correctly.
