My mind became as big as the Universe and stayed there for 10 minutes, that is it, but was the best ever! Peace Meditate before you venture, take it seriously, use it as medicinal—it is good psychotherapy if needed. Realize that you, the Earth, others, and the Universe are all one and the same process. Then take that knowledge back to become, as you already are, one with nature. Eternity in every moment. Divinity in every particle. All is one organism.

this theme of 'becoming one with the universe' is to me one of the most fascinating, mysterious, and peculiar aspects of human experience i know its hard/impossible to describe, but could you elaborate a bit more on you're experience?
<Ringworm>hehehe, it's all fun and games till someone loses an "I"

No elaboration rely to be said, my mind just expanded to the size of the universe and stayed there for about 10 minutes. I guess it showed me that our minds and the universe are really a part of one and the same thing. Interconnectedness.
