lions tail i didn't care for much. the effects were alright but nothing to write home about, and the taste was horrid and it would leave a nasty taste in your mouth for quite a while. i made a crude water extract and it tastes ok vaped, but you still kinda get a taste in your mouth. blue lily is awesome, and i think just about everyone would recommend it. i also use nelumbo nucifera lotus stamen and it has a nice affect, ime a little stronger that blue lily, but they definitely mix well. as for the rest i have really no experience, but damiana seems to be pretty popular for changa blends My wind instrument is the bong CHANGA IN THE BONGA! 樹

I bought tagetes lucida and some aztec marigold together, as the site said they were traditionally used that way. It is a very very tasty smoke. One of the tastiest smoke I think I've had. Supposedly it is used to strengthen visions. I don't really know, I haven't made a blend with it alone, but it does seem to go well with spice. If nothing else, it is super tasty. I like calea, as well. I think it may help with memory recall of the trip, since it aids in memory recall of dreams. I find it to be a tasty smoke, too, but there are others that don't think so. Be an adult only when necessary.

i user peppermint in tea all the time. it tastes really good, and i feel it does increase my dreaming experience.. guess that could be placebo effect, but i don't feel as if it is. always been interested in lotus flowers, love reading about them. be nice if the nexus had a sub-forum for the lotus flowers but maybe there isn't enough information to warrant it "science never proves anything; you can never duplicate an event precisely at the same moment in time as the initial event. science can only show correlation from the evidence and data derived from it." -benzyme

>Leonotis leonurus, Lion's Tail, Wild Dagga
never used it. have thought about it.
>Nymphaea caerulea, Blue Egyptian Water Lily, Sacred Blue Lily
put it in at 5-10% at the end. wonderful.
>Tagetes Lucida
a very nice smoke. smooth.
>Brunfelsia Chiricaspi
never used. would likely be quite good to use as it is an ayahuasca admixture.
>Passiflora incarnata, Passion Flower
old faithful. good for calming it all down.
>Nelumbo nucifera, Indian Lotus, Sacred Lotus
killer. not so different to Nymphaea caerulea.
>Scutellaria Lateriflora, Blue Skullcap, Hoodwort, Virginian Skullcap
I know regular skullcap has the tendancy to put people to sleep when they use it in changa and that is only when you use it at a ratio of 15%
>Tabebuia Serratifolia, Yellow Poui
hmmm, this could do anything and it could be quite strong. remember, you are really activating the qualities of the plant with the ayahuasca and the dmt. so do some tests first before sharing.
>Calea Zacatechichi, Dream Herb
people say its good. I find the herb is a harsh smoke though.
>Lavandula Angustifolia, Lavender
put it in at around 5%. good for its aroma and its general calming/healing goodness.
>Mentha Piperita, Peppermint
for the taste and menthol like goodness.
>Turnera Diffusa, Damiana
commonly used. warmth and glow.
