Welcome Stephen! No need to start your day with an apology. We are glad to have you here and would live to hear more about you, particularly your interest in health which you mentioned. Tell us more!

Hi Stephen Jones,

Welcome to the Nexus. Smile

I don't wish to make assumptions, but is it safe to say English is not your first language?

Yes, please tell us more about yourself if you would. I'd love to learn more. Also, please check out our Health & Safety link in the upper right hand corner of your forum screen.

There is also a whole subforum called Sustainable Nexus with informative areas that have titles like Eco Friendly Extraction, Enthotanical Garden, Health and Lifestyle and Sustainable Living.

Lots to see here at Nexus. . . please make yourself at home. You can post in an area in the Welcome area (until promoted to regular Forum Membership) but you can check any of the other areas and read the posts. . .

Again a very warm welcome to you.
