Can I do a single 1 hour and a half boil with the chacruna leaves, or should I do 3 washes (only shorter) like I did yesterday with the caapi ?

You don´t need to boil chacruna for very long. 10 minutes should do it. The water should have turned completely black by then so you can no longer see the bottom of the pan.
