The stunning image below is of a rainbow cloud, captured above Mt Everest by Oleg Bartunov whilst on an expedition in the Himalayas, Nepal. The amazing rainbow effect is created when tiny ice crystals in the water vapour of the clouds reflect the sunlight. The sight is rare and has only been reported a few times previously.

That is gorgeous! Although, is it really that rare? I see small versions of this all the time, usually as rainbow halos around the sun, but a quite a few times I have seen them in the clouds too. They are amazing, I always find myself running for a pair of sunglasses to look at it better Smile

Awesome, I also got goose bumps and shivers when I saw the pictures. Those clouds are pure awe inspiring natural beauty.

Those clouds have a really strange form, looks like a very thin cloud sheet.. in the first picture it looks like there are parts of the mountain in the sky even tho it's just the cloud breaking apart. Another strange thing is that the sun seems to be behind the clouds, normal rainbows always have the sun on the opposite side of the sky. Maybe it's a Mushi Rainbow?! Laughing

pretty cool. I have seen this before on a much smaller scale as well. Everytime I remember seeing it I was on a hike in the woods, and approaching the sunset. It was so subtle that I could barely even see it, i thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. and just very faint pink and green none of the other colors were visable. I was also smokin a good joint and very relaxed the 2 or 3 times i saw it, i wonder if that helps the eyes.

A very clear affirmation of divinity IMO
And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not percieve the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, "brother let me remove the speck from your eye", when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye?-Yeshua ben Yoseph
