does anyone know anything about this plant I think I might of found one going for a walk earlier but I'm not for sure. could use some assistance

The wiki only showed me how to identify a full grown tree. The pictures above a babies, does anyone know about this plant?

I'd have to say, it would be unlikely to find one in the states. Yet I guess not impossible. Ive been attempting to grow yopo or cebil for some time to no avail.
