MHRB Powder illegal?

I have a newb question... is MHRB powder illegal in the states? A very reliable vendor (maya-ethnobotanicals.com) just told me that because it's "processed material" it's illegal...

can anyone please corroborate this?

same in sweden, but the whole bark is in a grey area and should be okey from what I gather. But ive seen lots of stores in the stetes, if you dont have to import dont. I sure would pay triple the money instead of importing. Just my 5 cent on it.

All mhrb (powdered or otherwise) is illegal as soon as you know it contains DMT. Any material that contains scheduled substances is illegal as soon as you know what it contains.
