First off, Traveler I really hope this isnt considered a CT and Im sorry if it is, I really just want to bring awareness to her story for those that havent heard it, and the discussion of the story can be left out.

For those that dont know, Sibel Edmonds worked at the FBI as a translator for a short time in the early part of the decade, and tried to report security breaches within the department to higher ups and was told to basically shut up at every turn. She was eventually fired, and spent the next several years trying to get her story out and have people within the FBI be held accountable for their actions. She has recently written a book about it called Classified Woman: The Sibel Edmonds Story, and I VERY highly recommend reading it.

I heard about it on NPR. It sounded like a very interesting story.

It is interesting, and I cant stress enough how important I think it is for people to read her book. I dont want to go to much into her story because some of it involves 9/11 and I dont want this thread to get deleted, but reading it seriously blew my mind.
