of course, sulfuric acid is quite strong.
a drop added to 100 mL water may drop the pH to 4.

toxic and dangerous aren't terms I'd use to describe sulfuric acid. It's very corrosive.
in that aspect, yes, it can be dangerous. keep basic water nearby to neutralize any spills.

if it worries you that much, just stick with vinegar.
