Hello everyone, this morning I set out on an adventure with ayahuasca for the first time. I ran 30g total of powdered caapi through the HP and reduced the gallon and a half to 2 quarts. When I extracted harmalas from caapi before using the HP my yield was around 2%, so I figured 15 grams would equal 300mg harmalas. So I drank 1 quart of the ayahuasca and if it wasn't enough I would drink the other quart.

So I finished 1 quart in roughly 10 minutes. Note to self caapi is nasty! I didn't feel anything after 30 minutes so I decided to start drinking the other quart. That's where I went wrong, because I didn't think the harmalas would take an hour to kick in. So I took about 5 gulps of the other quart when I noticed I was really intoxicated.

Long story short I overdosed on the harmalas. My plan was to smoke dmt after drinking the caapi but I was too intoxicated to even move! And people weren't kidding when they said you can trip off of caapi alone. So I spent the next few hours just laying there tripping off of harmalas. The trip was kinda like tripping off of weed except more earthy and alien, and it felt like everything was spinning and I was in a different place.

So after a few hours I smoked some dmt.. it was amazing I learned the Truth about life but that is a different story in itself.

So in summary, the herbal percolator works great for ayahuasca. Next time I will do 12 grams of caapi as seeing roughly 17 grams was way too much.

hell yeah, that's what i hear when it comes to the thp. i can't wait to trip off of harmalas. all i've done is had INTENSE closed eye visuals in the dark on syrian rue alone. which i guess you could call tripping. did you ride dna at all? harmalas usually make me do that

Nah I didn't ride any dna lol but I did have some intense closed eye visuals. Interesting stuff but next time I'll lower the vine and add more light
