If you were to brew simply your changa with an acid (to get back the FB n,n-dmt back to salt) you'll most likely don't have a strong enough dose of the herb admix that you can smoke as changa dose.
Smoked vs oral isn't the same when it comes to things like amanita F.E. I wouldn't take any less than 1 gram of exttemely potent amanita in combination as this mushroom has a higher dosage curve than say cubes (even if it isn't the smae pharmaco-make up at all, you're lloking at 5 to 30 grams doses with amanita most of the time).
I'd keep the changa to vape it, even on top of caapi only brew, than brewing a gram of changa.
Also some herbs we use in changa might not be as safe to combined orally with RIMA, like white sage or lion's tail.

I dont see the point in any of this really..why would you want to make the effort to make changa only to just eat it? You will need extra harmalas taken orally anyway..noone is going to want enough harmalas in a hit of change to orally activate DMT..

Why not just save some of your DMT and some harmalas to take orally, or just brew some ayahuasca?..and then save your changa for smoking..

I just dont see the point in making changa just to then eat it..

Take your harmalas, eat or make a tea from your herbs, and take some dmt in lemon juice. Same thing as eating changa without making changa.
