I've looked at many different sites for mhrb, but I am not sure whether I should order it in its natural form, or pre-ground? And also what companies may be more reputable than another. I'd go for pre-powdered, Most (all?) teks say to use powdered so buying shredded or whole just means you need to powder it yourself. Check here for reputable vendors, we're not allowed to post vendor names outside of supplier section. Congrats on the win  -Я Ξ √ Ω L U T ↑ Ø N-
