I wonder if anyone else gets this: More often than not, after I have decided to smoke DMT(during the same day) I start feeling slightly cold with mild shaking, in very same manner like AFTER smoking DMT. Does anyone else get this? Usually I wear something warm and comfortable to deal with the cold feeling after smoking... It's interesting how body reacts to this substance.

Yep, that Pre-flight chill happens every time. I also get a physical shudder right before dropping acid- definitely a Pavlov effect there.

My only really bad spice trip happened when I was physically cold- nothing like a cosmic eternal chill! So I always really bundle up. Psychosomatic or not, it's an unwelcome distraction.

My hands get cold and then during a light dose non breakthrough I look at my hands and they look old wrinkled and sunken, like the blood has left them. Very odd. Then later I will look at my hands and they are full and a bit puffy.

has anyone been on a journey, oral, smoked, or otherwise, and suddenly gotten more cold than you can bear? This happened to me when on a very strong snuffed dose once and i simply could not get warm no matter what i did. It was the coldest i remember ever being and it wasn't even really that cold in my house. it was only once i relaxed and slowed my breathing more that it went away

i've had it happen on ayahuasca once or twice but never to that magnitude

Univerescannon - maybe that's a case of hypothermia!
Maybe a nice ice bath was just what the doctor ordered
But we should be monitoring and puting all of these side effects and pin it!
