This practice has been something I have refined over the years. It's primary objective is to open up a channel between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind allowing creativity to flow from the deeper states of the mind. I hope some here find it as valuable as I have in the years.

That is a nice and informational document, thank you for sharng. It is also bordering on a lot of things I tried.

What I was wondering, did you ever try pramiracetam?

I like pramiracetam, it is supposedly the strongest of the racetams. I found that it not only helped me with my brain 'enhancement' but that it also helped me to stop postponing things and just do it, it a great 'push in the back'. I supplement this with a large dosis of alpha-gpc (about 1200mg) to resupply my choline-levels to keep it working. I also have to state that I do not use this too often. About once a week on average and maybe multiple days in a row when it is really needed.

As for another nootropic that seems to have long lasting effects on my brain 'enhancement': LSD. How does this affect you?

Kind regards,

pramiracetam, haven't had any chance to work with this yet. It's on my long list. LSD does work remarkably well I haven't had a chance to get any for a decade so I haven't experimented with it in a long time. I would love to add it to my studies, maybe someday.

This is a very nice Guide vovin. It has a nice feel to it with valuable information. I finally made the leap and ordered some pramiracetam and oxiracetam. I'm trying especially hard this year to 'clear the fog' and increase mental functioning. Can't wait to report the results.

Thanks for your pioneering work. Very happy
