yea thank you "You are an explorer, and you represent our species, and the greatest good you can do is to bring back a new idea, because our world is endangered by the absence of good ideas. Our world is in crisis because of the absence of consciousness." — Terence McKenna

I had a crazy experience I just posted about in the DMT Experience subforum. Synchronistically the next day (yesterday I think) I read a trip report from Nick Sand that I had never read before that had 3 of the more salient details of my trip, much less we described them extremely similarly. "Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind" - Albert Einstein
"The Mighty One appears, the horizon shines. Atum appears on the smell of his censing, the Sunshine- god has risen in the sky, the Mansion of the pyramidion is in joy and all its inmates are assembled, a voice calls out within the shrine, shouting reverberates around the Netherworld." - Egyptian Book of the Dead
"Man fears time, but time fears the Pyramids" - 9th century Arab proverb

..yeah thanks.. apparently he was the first person to smoke DMT..?

I regret ever reading the spirit molecule when I first became insterested in DMT. Nick Sands Moving into the Sacred World of DMT, and The Wee-bit more on DMT, should be recommended literature for new smokers. Thanks shaolin .

Agreed, The Wee-bit is just so well articulated. Essential reading. I'm going to be working my way through all of these, I'm not very familiar with Nick Sands. I am a piece of knowledge-retaining computer code imitating an imaginary organic being.

Some new material (Ibogaine article, Shulgin's tribute talk, excerpt from The Substance). There has been some talk about his biography on the Psychedelic Salon. It seems another interview will be done then, however Lorenzo might be persuaded to do another one, if enough people voice that desire via comments *whistles innocently* Got GVG ? Mhm. Got DMT ? Sacred World & Wee-bit are fantastic reads and highly recommended. I remember being glued to them after some of my first breakthroughs. I had no idea the same author had so much more material out there, good to see. The inner soul is full of joy. Reveal my secrets and sew me whole. With each day, "I" heeds your call. You may not care the slightest and may not be the brightest, but from here "I" sees you're mighty for you created it all.
And the jumbling sea rose above the wall.
Through this chaos comes the order you enthrall.

Thank you Shaolin for sharing This man's insight needs to be preserved properly. I am sure he could write an amazing guide on how to take entheogens with positive effects passing the culture to the young generations... Would also be an excellent movie. Does anyone have any idea how to get hold of Nick?! Please PM

love that i found this. If not for Nick Sand we may not be gathered here. Marijuana, LSD, psilocybin, and DMT they all changed the way I see But love's the only thing that ever saved my life - Sturgill Simpson "Turtles all the Way Down" Why am I here?
