I'll drink 100g of psychotria and 250g of caapi in 2L of cold water with some concentrated lemon juice. Will that work? How much must I take for a strong trip?

Why not just make a tea? You would need a fraction of the materials...

I live in Brazil so I've got a plenty of material for little to no cost whatsoever.
Moreover, people get less nausea with cold water MHRB brews so I guess the same goes for psychotria.
