Is DMT broken down by mao-b, mao-a or both?
Or does it depend on the ROA?

MAO-A, it's also in the FAQ
Consider how for example moclobemide only inhibits MAO-A and it can orally activate DMT.. Harmalas also are mostly MAO-A inhibitors only, but in higher doses they seem to also inhibit some MAO-B. I could dig up sources if needed.
