When I moves my arms it didn't really feel like they were moving but I seemed to know that they were. Both times was like a information overload and hard to remember details. The best way to explain it would be that spirits were trying to show me as much as they could in a short amount of time. The message I seemed to get out of it was that my world was insignificant to the spirit world.
Both times was with 100mg of gooey spice, which probably has some plant fats in it, so not totally pure. This was smoke through a vapor genie. The trip only seemed to last 5 minutes which is dissapointing. If I want to beakthrough into hyperspace should I have more spice or just meditate for longer before hand? Is there any reason why I keep going into ego death?
First off, an out-of-body experience is just that: you are no longer in your body and generally not in control of it or aware of it. If you could move your arms – if you had arms – then you weren’t out of body.
If you’re using 100mg of DMT in a VG and barely getting effects, something is seriously wrong with your DMT and/or your vaporizing technique. More details?
For many people, a dose of 30mg is more than enough to yield a strong breakthrough.
