Herbal Blends Anyone? Options

About two weeks ago, I shattered my glass sherlock. It was a very sad day; you don't realize the attachment you have with a piece until you see it lying on the pavement in a million pieces.

I'm in the market for a new pipe as that was the only one that I had. I still have two water pipes, a hookah, and an unending supply of papers, but nothing beats packing a bowl in a favorite piece IMO. Since I am in the market, I went to a head shop yesterday and hit it off with the guy working in there. I didn't buy a pipe from him, but he gave me a free bag of some legal herbal blend or something. I have become a believer... that legal blends are some crazy shit!

I was sitting on the beach with one headphone in. The sounds of Aesop Rock and the ocean were blending together perfectly. That was the only sane thing that happened all night. I saw a man walk down the beach access deck and stand at the end of it. He turned towards me, nodded, and lit a cigarette. He was just in my peripheral vision, and I could feel his presence overshadowing my thoughts. After freaking out for a short while trying to forget about him, I turned around to get a good look at him... There was no one there. No one anywhere in my vicinity. I turned back towards the ocean wondering what the hell I just smoked. Then these ghastly spirit forms started bursting forth from the ocean. I got up and walked towards the deck going back to my condo. I could feel this massive presence all around me. I knew it was the blend, and I was very intrigued; but, I was not going to stick around to find out if it was my imagination or not.

I returned to my condo and instantly got in my bed. I had my headphones in, but I could still barely hear my brother and dad talking. I imagined this whole conversation about how they were worried about me, how disappointed they were that I smoked in the first place, and that it was very disrespectful of me to do it in front of them. When I heard the door shut, I looked up and asked my brother about it; he said they were talking about his recent breakup. Good God! I was going crazy.

I turned back over, shut my eyes, and got lost in the music. This whole new world opened up to me. It started with these chains of light that were radiating and pulsating outwards. I could make out each and every link as it flowed out from the center like when a stone hits water. The links began disintegrating, and I began to move forwards through this void. I remembering thinking, "Is this a small taste of what will happen when I dose DMT?" Colors were beaming outwards, back and forth, and merging with every fiber of my being. The colors were mostly cool blues and greens with some orange and yellow making up a small portion of the mix.

I don't really remember what else happened. It took me a while to recollect this stuff. I don't remember feeling fear, but I'm intrigued as to what they put in these blends. I think the blend I had was called "Ocean Breeze." He said it was a chill high, but that was far from chill. I'm going to smoke the rest when I get home, and see if setting changes the effects.

Anyone have experience with herbal blends? Is this normal with them? I was going crazy, but I was extremely calm in the process. I knew what emotions I should feel, but I was just an observer to what was going on.

if it was a jwh containing blend i´m not surprised, they are supposed to be really strong even for regular cannabis users.

Use caution however since the side effects are unknown and ive read some freaky stories.

JWH is outlawed in Florida. Or so the guy at the head shop said. He assured me there was no JWH, and showed a lab analysis to prove it.

It was definitely freaky...

I've only tried k2 and spice and I'm pretty sure those both contain jwh but they fucked me up!
Aesop Rock is the shit by the way.

Okay, so one of the CP- compounds then. I'd wager that the active ingredient was not an herb.

This.

To have an effect like you described, it would have to contain some really potent extracts. It sounds like it more than likely contains some synthetic compound.

I like to make my own blends. I recently made 1oz damiana/1g jwh-203, 1oz wild dagga/1g jwh-122. Mixing the 2 together 50/50 makes for a nice herbal incense haha Razz

just smoke weed!Very happy everybody where i live smokes this crap. it smells aweful, the high is nothing like cannabis, and it is most likely TERRIBLE for you. cannabis on the other hand actually has health benefits, is pleasant, and smells amazing! trust me ive looked at the pros and cons. my friends got into bath salt and k2 and we now barely even talk. they started to get edgy, paranoid, stupid, hazed, and a slew of other negative side effects. one even hallucinated and had paranoid dillusions. this stuff is bad news, just one more negative side effect of cannabis prohibition. LEGALIZE!

I once made a blend consisting of three extracts, klipp dagga, wormwood, and hops hash. When I would close my eyes after smoking a couple of bowls, I would see mild tracers and closed eye patterns. The reason why most herbal blends contain chemicals, is because it is more cost efficient then if potent plant extracts were used.
The events that maxzar100 describes are only hypothetical, and never actually took place. maxzar100 has no link whatsoever to any illegal substance.

i have no problem with JUST herbs. more power to ya. the laced herbs is what i think is stupid. i literally cant escape the k2 smoke around where i live and i have seen what bad things come of habitual "k2" use. these people that smoke it everyday literally become vegetables thats only purpose in life is getting high. i have seen an intelligent person who i looked to as an example turn into someone that you cant even have a conversation with that makes sense...

this stuff is bad news in my mind

Those herbal blends can be fun from time to time, but they are no replacement for the real deal.Cool
