Good evening fellow Serotonin-analogue enthusiasts!

In light of the recent thread on Bitcoins, I wonder what you all make of this:

I am paranoid of my brain. It thinks all the time, even when I'm asleep. My thoughts assail me. Murderous lechers they are. Thought is the assassin of thought. Like a man stabbing himself with one hand while the other hand tries to stop the blade. Like an explosion that destroys the detonator. I am paranoid of my brain. It makes me unsettled and ill at ease. Makes me chase my tail, freezes my eyes and shuts me down. Watches me. Eats my head. It destroys me.

I think nothing of it, really.
it's capitalism in action, albeit with nontaxable/somewhat nontraceable funds.
for this reason, I can see it giving federal agencies fits.

f' em. I just can't wait 'til banks collapse; this inflation bs is starting to get
out of hand.

Yes, i have tried it all. Mining, investing, buying..as far as i can tell with success.
I applaud to bitcoin for helping to sabotage the dominator culture. Down with it.

"Never before has a website so brazenly peddled illegal drugs online," Schumer said. "By cracking down on the website immediately, we can help stop these drugs from flooding our streets."

Now that's funny!
Two things to keep in mind:
1) It is all lies.
2) There is no privacy on the Internet.

Kind of lame of me, but that article was the first I took notice of bitcoins. I certainly applaud the effort here, but it will be used as ammo against net-neutrality. I do see this as a benchmark, albeit rather ahead of its time. If China's failures in censoring the internet for their citizens are of any consequence, I'm not sure that anyone could possibly stop this so long as any portion of a citizenry has a bit of computer know-how and continues to network.
