For those who like hiphop and rap check this.
And the same goes to those who like dubstep or both.

This is real shit, raw shit Smile A bit on the dark side. Very fresh, from the Netherlands. Straight from the streets of Amsterdam Smile

Shit Smile

The lyrics I mean...

really.

I have a thing with rap... when there's no melody it's all about the rhythm and lyrics. The ryhtm is as generic as the lyrics.

More so to the point I'm usually quite enthusiastic about everything and wanted to try being critical for once. Razz

Though, if a friend made this tune I'd congratulate him. But only in the hope he'd try harder Smile

Also there's no dubstep in this!

Ehm... no.

But I appreciate the sentiment Smile

I just spent the last hour trying to find some really interesting/groundbreaking rap/hip hop... couldn't come up with anything....

maybe I'm just off.

edit: this is good... though I'm probably a little of topic as hip hop aint meeting dubstep here Smile

http://www.youtube.com/w...aYOI&feature=related

rhythmically however, it's more dubstep than the OP Smile

Haha Laughing all good soulfood my friend. My musical taste seems to be changing as I reach the big three-zero. I was talking to endlessness the other day about this, how we now prefer the sound of live instrumentation.

With this thread in mind though, I'm certainly more of a fan of hip hop than dubstep.

Peace

If you want to check out a dubstep/hiphop song:

Cryptic Wisdom - Silence The Robot (produced by Squarzan)

Hiphop in general:

Hopsin - Nocturnal Rainbows
Cryptic Wisdom - Take My Life (featuring Lady Essence)
GrewSum - What Do You Want (from me) (featuring Seth Rock)
Classified - Things Are Looking Up
Wax - Everything

This is a very small sample of my collection. Let me know if you want some more suggestions... Hiphop is a passion to me!
I do not seek to follow in the footsteps of the men of old. I seek what they sought.
