Ingredients per person:

- 3,5g Peganum Harmala (Syrian Rue)
- 100mg DMT freebase
- 2 small glasses
- 75ml grapefruit juice

Grind the Peganum Harmala to a fine powder. Put it in one glass and add 50ml grapefruit juice. Stir for 90 seconds and drink it.

Wait 20 minutes.

Put 100mg DMT freebase in the other glass and add 25ml grapefruit juice. Stir for 90 seconds and take it all in your mouth and keep it there for 5 minutes and then swallow.

Be patient and after a while (1/ 2 hours)..... welcome to the spirit world

This way of administration will induce a really strong effect. It will last 4 to 5 hours.

Because of dissolving the ingredients in grapefruit juice, the molecules are transported into your blood stream immediately after entering your stomach.

How strong would you say this is? I am trying to figure out what I should do for my first DMT experience. Would this be suitable?

I would say start with 50mg dmt for first dosage, 100mg may be way too strong for some people, depending on personal sensitivity.

Also I suggest extracting the rue seeds or at least making a tea out of it and discarding solids after 3x boils

I saw Buddha turn his head and open his eyes in my living and I couldn't walk. That's a strong dose... I'll suggest 50 mg like endlessness said for a first time.
