Yes. Sounds like an unnecessarily large dose of MAOI. I'd need less than half that...but your mileage may vary. At that dose I'd be dysphoric and purging at both ends simultaneously.

Better not trying 400mg at first.
Teh extracted harmalas are different experience than caapi brew.
Plus too much harmalas is rahter uncomfortable and are used to activite oral dmt.
200mg caapi copy is enough to activitate it and you can always top the dosage an hour or two later to extend the experience.

Rigthy then, why not dosing 200mg then half an hour later 100mg more with 50 (or 100)mg spice along ?
WHy 133mg spice ? is it a luck number for you ?

hi, since I'm not experienced w pharma, I won't recomend an extracted harmala dose, but I would definetly recommend less than 300 mg of spice whoever said they were gunnu try that DON'T. Unless ur very experienced with pharma and have take. That dose before, don't do this, do 150 even that will be intense. There's nothing macho or cool about an overdose, if u wanna leave ur bdy, smoke some, tht way u don't yhave to be gone screaming for it to stop for 4-6 hours.
But taking 300 mg spice ur first pharma trip would be extremely irresponsible and will end up in a bad trip or worst IMO
