Has anyone tried this before brewing.. ? wondering if it works similar as freezing cacti.. in that it helps to break down the cell walls of the cacti for a better extraction... swim is experimenting with water only extractions and looking to make as efficient as possible with out any type of acid.. everything posted by godling is false information.. just imagination at work

Definetly, It will help it keep longer Also it seems to really help to make all the solids settle to the bottom for a super clear tea Just unthaw, pour of the liquid and pitch the solids! You have never been apart from me. You can never depart and never return, for we are continuous, indistinguishable. We are eternal forever

as far as i know, people freeze cacti to break down the cell walls before brewing. not sure if freezing mimosa has the same affect, but i keep it in the freezer anyway
<Ringworm>hehehe, it's all fun and games till someone loses an "I"

I always stick mimosa bark in the freezer between brews. It certainly weakens the bark for hand-shredding, I would imagine it wreaks havoc on the cell walls as well.

Is the dimethyltryptamine actually produced / stored within the cells themselves though? No point in breaking the cell walls if the DMT is secreted from the cells, and mainly exists between them...
I really have no clue what I'm talking about, though. =D

It doesn't exist outside of the cells. blooooooOOOOOooP fzzzzzzhm KAPOW! This is shit-brained, this kind of thinking. Grow a plant or something and meditate on that

Sounds like it doesn't hurt. Teh cacti is full of water (as a succulent) so freezing it makes huge difference to its chemistry too. The mimosa is very dry but I don't see why it wouldn't be good.. Double blind survey anyone ? (My stock of mimosa run out. Smell like tea n,n spirit !
Toke the toke, and walk the walk !
