THC Fumarate? Options

I was thinking last night, if one was to do a butane extraction on some leaves to obtain the "honey oil" type hash...

Then while that is still nice and gooey, maybe dissolve it in a minimal amount of acetone or IPA.

Then add some FASA or FASI to get the thc and hopefully any other actives to bind with the fumaric acid.

I'm thinking if the two are compatible and bind together, you might end up with a sublingual thc that could possibly be just as potent as oral hash but take half the time to reach your system since it's in more of a salt form. Hopefully it would also convert it from a gooey mess to more of a solid that is easier to work with.

I'd do some experimentation but I don't have any material to do a butane extraction.

Is something like this even possible?

Any thoughts are most appreciated.

I'm no chemist, but THC isn't an alkaloid and I don't believe it can be salted as you're describing.

thc is not an alkaloid and this will not work. one can form the phosphate ester of thc and it is a water soluble form. fleetingly mentioned in regards to snortable thc. this falls into synth tho because its not just a simple salting.

That sounds a little over my head, but interesting nonetheless.

That's an awesome avatar you've got there LandOfOz.
