hmmmm I've been browsing around and I just sort of confirmed my suspicions. 5-MeO-DMT HCl should not be a crystal powder.

The salts and freebase forms both work fine in my GVG on top of screens with an herbal bed on top. The salts are noticeably less potent than the freebase, but make no mistake, it is incredibly potent and single mg's can make a lot of difference, especially in the GVG. Do you think its worth converting it to a freebase? I have 500mg of the HCl and figured that should be a lifetime supply considering the potency of this substance. Thanks for the replies, this seems a bit rarer & a lot more potent than nnDMT so i want to make sure i use it right... Pictaris, it is as an 'off white powder' Last night i was dreaming about toads all night long for some reason

I have been searching without much success for moar information concerning this topic. Sorry to dig such an old thread, but for the record, if anyone knows the answers, could you reply to this post? - How weaker is (5-MeO-DMT) HCl compared to freebase? - Possible/worth it to convert from HCl ? This is the time to really find out who you are and enjoy every moment you have. Take advantage of it.

It seems that it's not worth converting it and the HCl vaporizes just fine by many accounts, as with anything start low and increase slowly to find your sweet spot or 'release' dose i would suggest, i've still yet to try 5-MeO-DMT but jamie has reignited my interest in it recently.

My hunch is that you'll get considerably more bang for you cosmic buck if you freebase it, just thinking about the pharmacodynamics of other, related compounds. If you're used to doing DMT extractions, it shouldn't be that hard at all. Blessings ~ND "There are many paths up the same mountain."
