Just found out about this conference in the UK this year. It's on April 2. and 3rd 2011 at the University of Kent at Canterbury. Might be interesting. If I can get the funds to go, I'll be there.

Does anybody know what attending this Conference may cost?
I checked around the site, but couldn't find info regarding the price of this conference.

If it isn't too much money, I might just go.
It's not a long, nor an expensive journey from my country to the UK.
Also I would like to meet some fellow nexians there too.

Could be very interesting...and a great excuse to meet with fellow Nexians.

This is when we need those Nexus T-shirts to spot each other...or maybe just make up a T with your Avatar image - would be really cool to look around the room and see those familiar pictures.

Thanks for the heads up on this! Canterbury happens to be my old university, and I have quite a few psychedelic friends down that way. Would be a damn travesty if I wasn't in attendance, so am gonna try my best to be there!

i've been looking at places to stay. if anyone is doing the same maybe we could block book the same hotel/guesthouse? their website advertises quite a few and i'm planning on making some calls tomorrow: http://breakingconvention.co.uk/location-2/

I also studied in Cantebury (KIAD) and will most likely be there. Sounds too good to miss! Maybe i'll just wear my yellow gloves instead of a nexus t-shirt

Bought my ticket today, despite dodgy finances at the mo. I know I'd really regret missing this, being a very interesting one off, and at my old uni and haunts in Canterbury. For any other students, it's the last day for buying early bird tickets, goes up from £40 to £60 soon. Hopefully bump into some of you guys there!
