I was wondering what kind of music your into. I was wondering this because when I'm on psilocybin or cannabis, I always take my mp3 player with me. Now tht it occurs to me, I think music with your trip is 100% more enjoyable, especially when you have someone to share it with. Thats why I always take my mp3 player with me where ever I go, because I never know when some cannabis is going to cross my path. When I'm trippin, I usually like to listen to something that has multiple meanings, and thats usually music from Syd Barrett, Early Pink Floyd Sound, Soft Machine, or Jefferson Airplane. I like listening to ambient stuff and trancey tunes. Mainly chilled out stuff with no words and a happy uplifting vibe. Sphongle and even stuff like Massive Attack is also put in the mix.

I like listening to the Grateful Dead sometimes.Lately though I have been getiing into a band called Zilla. The style of music they play seems to go really well with tripping. They have some live shows here http://www.archive.org/search.p...sort=-%2Fmetadata%2Fdate that you can download if anybody is interested. Once in a while you get shone the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

I almost forgot to include The Psychedelic Sounds of the 13th Floor Elevators, they're pretty good. And Iron Butterfly is alright too. "Open the pod bay door please Hal"

While my trip wasn't complete I listened to 'Liquid Mind' of which I have some 3 hours of music and I found it very comforting during my sensation. It's synth-like music, no lyrics and just a nice wallpaper of sound to fill the room with a warm ambience.

Last time I did aya I found out that the best thing to have is as less sound and light as possible during the trip, so no more music and candles for me.

I am really into Zilla! Especially what has been played lately. It is brain food for sure. Other than that I go with G.D. Love from my family to yours,

Liquid Mind is "Musical Healthcare" as they claim, and I can fully understand why. Thanks, The Traveler!

In the meanwhile I'm completely sucked up by the music of Shpongle with songs called 'Divine Moments of Truth': "dee-em-tee, dee-em-tee, doo dee doo dee-em-tee, el-es-dee doo dee-em-tee, el-es-dee doo dee-em-tee...divine moments now, divine moments of truth, total and utter cosmic stuff..."

The song of them I like the most is FireFly RoseMarie. And their 'Gaagh' songs are kinda ambient/psychedelic/spacey: Syntro Gaagh Gaaghness Plasma Ambigaagh Moonbase69 Floating In Space

I once had a very memorable trip accompanied by Motorhead at a very high volume. Somthing I'm more than happy to attempt again. However I truly believe to experience the molecule in its most elemental form where its powers are at an optimum, you realy need to be in a very dark silent place, absolutly no external sensory imput whatsoever. I am a clown, nothing I say can be taken seriously. It is my profesion to talk nonsense

Yes, I noticed that most of it are Live performances, so I figured it might have been authorized (after I posted my previous comment). It's great for non-mainstream artists like Zilla (I love 'em!).

*BUMP* I-Doser sounds very interesting. I've heard people tripping on this music without the use of medicinal herbs or ethnobotanicals. Pretty amazing, if true. I'll check it out tomorrow and let you guys know what I think of it
