Shredded, powder, or complete bark. Does it matter?
How much spice might be expected from 1/2 lb of bark?

Powdered will probably be most useful for most extractions as it saves you having to do this yourself.

1/2lb bark would expect to yield around 2g of DMT.

Does mimmosa hostilis and T.peruvianus legal in germany or it would be siezed at the border if you order ? ?

I don't know of the legality, but if you can find a website selling it within Germany you'll obviously avoid the border crossing problem.
