So , i think these are bridgesii , i just want someone who knows what they are talking about to help me confirm before i consume one. I'll be planting the other. These really have been ravaged by the wilds; missing spines, rot here and there, a white fluff growing on some parts (washed off) and some scars. But im sure theyll still be good, if they are bridge. i also plucked off those nuggets which im going to try grow thank you Magicman attached the following image(s): IMG_4312.JPG (1,192kb) downloaded 217 time(s). SWEET! thought so . . . im excited now. Just looked over those photos again ,it looms so inviting for the first two, then the third pic is just hell! Oh well , ill work around that somehow. U think the "nuggets" will root?
Thanx

Looks right. Keep the nuggets kinda dry to avoid rotting, but they should root. Posts made by me are either fictional or false, or both. I do not endorse, condone or engage in illegal activities. I love the state, my big brother. "I" myself am fictional. I am a collection of individuals, that are not entirely human. "I" do not exist in reality. Any resemblance to an individual bound by laws is merely coincidental. I lie and tell very little of the truth; do not believe me, and, especially, don't hold "me" accountable for any posts.

OH man, if i was you, i would have cut that bit with the pups "nuggets" off and planted it, it would have grown rather quickly, anyway, yeah looks good

infected with scale and maybe witches broom as well guaranteeing them before intro to garden is advisable

dg's saying it would be wise to clear up any infectious diseases those plants have before contaminating your garden. Probably its a good idea just to keep your new plants healthy anyways. sup mister dg

Ok, cool, thank you. what do u say ,plant the one cactus upright, or lay it down on its side?
if its pupping, plant upright, from what ive seen, most people plant upright anyway but you can always experiment, theres no set rules to follow with this.
also - 15CM cuttings when planting. Not less, but can be more if you want.
Lots of 15cm cuttings would maximise growth rate overall
