Do any of you ever experience a 'DMT sense' where you can smell/taste DMT in things?
When i open my vegetable drawer in the fridge i sometimes get a huge waft of DMT, also when theres a heater nearby i can sometimes smell it too, also just by smelling mimosa bark i can smell the DMT in there, even in car fumes in traffic sometimes... could it be that my brain is trying to seek out more DMT?
Its been about 2/3 weeks since i've done any DMT so it's not like my airways are coated with it from vaping, i find it funny that i can sense it in things, or imagine that i can do so.

You're probably just getting whiffs of the indole backbone present in dmt and many other things. Yeah I spontanously smell DMT sometimes. Usually I am immediately blown away by the smell, as it brings back memories from my experiences. Love it. Great smell.

I swear my grandmothers bathroom smelled like dmt once It seems to creep up at the strangest times Probably just the indole like snoz said. Maybe a sort of flashback in memory once you get a wiff of indole? A few months ago i started detecting the smell a caapi brew in places like stores, libraries, anywhere really. There's many things that smell similar but its still really amusing
<Ringworm>hehehe, it's all fun and games till someone loses an "I"

Your mention of library reminded me of something id like to share, i read a few months ago that a librarian was sorting through old books covered in dark fungus/mold, and she started tripping off of it!
It makes me wonder what the most basic psyhcedlic possible is?
Isit really DMT? Or a purified form of a fungus, like super pure LSD?

Just had a quick search to no avail sorry, the article didn't go into much detail other than describing the mold/fungus as present throughout many of the books & had a black dusty appearance, they said she probly absorbed it through her fingers or breathed it in if i remember correctly
It gives me the image of that fractal pattern black mold you can sometimes get in old books

I DEFINITELY smell spice and Aya at the strangest times. I take that as a hint. Someone/something wants my attention. Some things will come easy, some will be a test

Yeah, I will be driving down the road or something and smell it. For me, there is also sometimes this strange sound inside my head that I hear that I can't describe that I relate to DMT. *The above text represents a fictional alter ego, none of it is based on the experiences of a real person.*

I've found while smoking cannabis & meditating i can remember my DMT trips quite clearly, it takes a lot of focus but it is 100% possible, if your brain/mind has broken through to a place before, you can break back in...
