Hi, if a person was to follow the extraction TEK used in the DMT Handbook but using a slightly small quantity of powdered MHRB, will any of the materials or quantities of the ingredients need to be altered????.

Pretty much any tek can be scaled. Some more easily that others. If you are using say 100 grams of MHRB and the tek is calling for 300 just cut everything by 1/3.
