This may be stupid but I hate wasting material -

If I have a batch of 5-MeO (crystal,freebase) and place it on some form of smoking blend...before really inhaling, could I hold the flame over the dmt enough for it to melt into the smoking blend, then smoke the bowl as normal?

I've looked around for posts and tried google but to no real avail. Thanks.

Yea, you'd just want to pay close attention to the flame to make sure you dont prematurely burn/vaporize your product. The other thing you could do is use a solvent like acetone to make changa, although this would be 5-meo changa, there's no reason you couldn't do it. Take a look here for more info on changa.

If you enhance leaf with 5-MeO be extremely careful about the ratios to prevent overdoses.

Maybe use a more inert leaf also?

This is just me talking with caution from lack of experience, but if 5 meo when smoked is as intense as some say, I wouldn't want it potentiated.
