Hello all =)

Sorry if this is the wrong subforum for this or anythings, but I was just wondering if people have any advice/suggestions for reducing nausea when smoking DMT? Or if that can be done at all?

The last two times I have smoked it, after the peak has diminished I have felt incredibly dizzy and like I'm just on the verge of throwing up. The time before last, the duration of this was aprox an hour and a half or so- which I thought was a little strange as I thought the DMT has well left your body after half an hr or so as it is processed so quickly (when smoked this way anyway- just white spice on a little bed of straight mugwort through a water pipe.) I had a dose aprox 32 mins ago now and am still feeling quite sick though the other effects have def gone =/

These are the first times it has been happening to me, in previous times I haven't had a problem with very prolonged nausea.

Any help would be appreciated,
peace

I 've become ultra careful about cleaning out the screen and refreshing the spice often. It makes a difference.

I've noticed that dirty spice can cause problems. There are also times where your system is not right for whatever reason

it might be something in the diet. I've had times where my body was not receptive to it and it just made me feel sick.

sometimes straight up spice is too much and i back it down and mix more mullein in or mix it with good weed until i get the ratio just right.

Sometimes it can hit me badly and its pretty uncomfortable and unpleasant.
When i'm in that mode I take alot of ginger, crystalized ginger works well and ginger capsules.
I also eat fruit , an apple or a mango seems to work. a little food in combination with ginger helps me.

I also move around and find a different location and try again.

good luck

Hi kaleidoscope eyes, still having this problem eh

My only advise is to purge or force a purge next time you get this feeling, as fractal enchantment said, maybe this is happening for a reason?

Thanks for the responses,

Felnik- thats a good suggestion, I hadn't thought about that- I only had the tiniest bit of mugwort so the crystals would pull through- & this time particularly noticed an incredibly pungent taste- so yeah maybe I should add more herb or try changa. Fruit & ginger also sounds like a good idea, something to line my stomach with & settle it a bit =)

And yeah I hadn't thought about that, but yous are right- this could def be happening for a reason, maybe it's trying to remove negative energies or there is something else to it.
