Well done for moving to this new level of self-awareness and honesty, Ya. Spice has also showed me that which was hidden within myself. Sometimes it's painful, but I really believe it is deeply healing. So. Chin up; it's all good.

i love you brother. you are a pure soul and a self-aware soul. what you just did was courageous and righteous and i for one stand by you. much love and support to you and yes, as the dear gammagore stated above, it would appear that the spice has indeed already begun to do it's healing work on you.
