Steam inhalation method post smoking to ease lungs and chest Options

I thought I would share this as my first post as I've not seen anything on it.

I had struggled with harshness from smoked DMT (Changa) for a while.
I always smoke an hour after taking oral MAOI in the form of Syrian Rue tea, usually mixed with hot chocolate. As Rue is likely the ancient Soma plant or a component of it I consider this combination 'smoked Soma' as the MAOI in the changa leaf is minimally active as it does not burn at as low a temperature as the DMT so could actually be substituted for any pleasant leaf for smokability if you take an oral MAOI for the 30-40 minute trip.

One day while smoking a cigarette through an open bathroom window after having a shower, I noticed a very pleasant sensation, as the steam inhaled mitigated the dryness of the smoke and did the lungs good.

I had been struggling with chest tightness and lung issues for several days after smoking Changa (let alone freebase I would think whether smoked or vaped). So I boiled some water and put in a mug, then after having some smoke I inhale steam from the mug for a few minutes (either right after or on come down). It really soothes the lungs and the next day I woke up without the usual lung and chest tightness.

I generally smoke with a pipe not a bong since DMT is water soluble so using a bong dilutes it so although the smoke is harsher with pipe this method of post steam inhalation helps a lot.

Anyway give it a try and see how you feel, it's now part of my go-to methodology for using the holy sacrament now.

Happy Gnosis
