Has anyone got any experience regarding establishing a thoughtform of a tulpa -or perhaps a servitor, and then going into hyperspace?

I'd be very interested to hear any reports of such a niche activity.

Do they establish themselves more firmly? Do they identify as external entities made manifest through the ego by mental grooves? Are they simply a fragmented expression of the singular ego?

Tulpas themselves are fascinating, mixing them with the extremes of psychotropics are sure to be even more entertaining.
