From what I've heard from within the community I don't think this will be a one time only event.

It seems logic that subsequent events will have another launchtime so that e.g. people in the America's will have the night the next time, after that Australia/East Asia will have the night, etc.

I'm also working on a "News" page within the SHE-site with news about updates, extra info, etc.
I also looked at the map thingy but I have to check it out.

yeh i would say its only fair we reverse the time next time so folk from accross the pond get to blast of at nightime,only problem is when they balst of at night time it wont be afternoon here it will be the early hours of the morning but thats cool with me,i will be willing to stay awake for it.

I'll tell you what. I am getting together with 6 people including myself for the day and overnight. We'll do a second launch with you. Let me know what time it will be EST (I'm lazy and sleep deprived from getting up at night with my boy) and you can count on at least 7 people including islandhome to be doing it with you.

Hey guys,

I understand fully what you're saying with regard to time / set / setting. When I came up with this idea it was (and still is) a simple way for as many WORLD WIDE travelers as possible to meet at one point in time in hyper-space.

I suggest we don't complicate this first effort too much. I too am doing my session at a less than ideal time (1:00pm) in the afternoon. Regardless, I'm making time to join the group. Let's just get through this first one, keep it simple, stick to the date's time we've set, and see what happens! Nothing is preventing us from re-organizing or even annualizing this event, but lets stick to what people have agreed to for this one, and take it from there... Doesn't that just make sense?

i agree with you ther idtravlr,lets not complicate things to mutch on the first try or this thing may fall thrue before it even gets off the ground.and btw a big thanks goes out to yourself for this idea in the first place,and also to traveler for all the hard work he has put in to this.lets stick to the game plan and do this first one,next time us in the uk will be doing it in the early hours of the morning to alow the participints in the us to blast off at night time,so in the long run were all going to have to get used to doing this at strage times if we want to participate......

Only a few days left... phew, I had a rough few weeks with lots of sleep deprivation, hope to be well rested and ready in time.
If I meet any entities, I'll simply ask them politely if they can help with this meeting. Maybe, 'they' find it an interesting idea. More often than not, you get what you wish

Hahahaha, it would be really cool if that actually happens! Well, the odds however is that nothing will happen (even though there's always the possibility!). The same bunch of catastrophologists always pops out with funny theories when something big is due; there were people saying the same thing when the first atomic bomb experiments started (i.e. that they will create uncontrollable massive scale chain reactions and destroy the whole earth).
