I used that as my background on my phone for a very long time. Absolutely love your work. Its inspiring.

Thanks very much everyone Cool

i started with pencil, traced the lines with Pigma Micron pens, and then colored it in with Prismacolor pencils. Some of the white areas i did with acrylic paint for extra whiteness.

universecannon, i would say that finally meeting Lady Salvia in the summer of 2013 provided much inspiration... otherwise it's just me being playful, i didn't want to constrain myself to any particular theme or concept.

o, & i could also clarify that the little dude with his arms up in the top mid-right area is me coming upon a patch of amanita muscaria for the first time when i was living in Washington state this past year Pleased

the next piece will be more focused.

Fantastic, I love the fluid dynamics.

Here's a couple new ones, both acrylic on canvas. First one is called Zero Hour, it's all about living in a state of perpetual time crunch. The second one, Perennial, is about rebirth. Both were done last month for themed group art shows.

Guyo those are amazing.

Blue, I don't know what else I can say that everybody else hasn't said already. Well done sir.

Orion, that is one heckuv an eye. Like others have said, you really have a knack for textures, as that last piece clearly illustrates.

and Guyo, there aren't even words for how crazy those are. That background on the bottom one is just TOO freakin sweet.

Guyo, you've single-handedly depicted what so many of us have seen with the interdimensional cogs and and gears. Who knows why they're there, but so many of us have seen them.

Yes!!! So happy to see some new Guyomech art! Very cool. I really like the almost pastel look to the second one. It really works with the subject.

I love your work Blue Lunar Light! If only I could put so much time and myself into one piece of work like that, I think I might be going somewhere.

Beacon, that latest one is awesome! I think I could go for some anti-gravity tea right now....

So much great stuff everyone! This thread offers constant mind-blowage!Shocked

Here's one I have been working on in my spare time at work. I am a math tutor at my college, so this one took on a particularly mathematical style to it. It's not done yet, as I'm planning on working on it until the end of the semester. After that, I think I may color it via photoshop. I'm pretty happy with how it has been turning out. What started as just a bored doodle grew into something I really like!

Chief, that's fantastic! Got any more?

Here's an image inspired by my last spice journey a couple weeks back. I got hit a bit harder than expected and did a bit of fighting... what you see in the image here is a space I ended up in where the opposing walls were the opposing sides of how I felt- the side that wanted to go deep vs the side that didn't want its comfort zone to experience death. The bridges between them were attempting to reconcile the strongly opposing energies of the two sides, pumping away furiously at such a speed that my brain could only render the thing in monochrome. This is a vastly simplified but fairly accurate depiction of that not-so-comfortable space.

Anyone else ever see these "exchange arms" ...?
